The rooms were large, clean, and pristine, offering a comfortable stay for all of us. The family who runs the hotel were incredibly warm and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Despite language barriers, they were helpful and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The authentic Sri Lankan food served at the hotel was an absolute delight. The apartment was cute with views to the mountain and waterfall. I loved welcoming and accommodating staff. Beds were large, everything was perfect. It had a private bathroom.

We had a lovely stay at La Ciel. the room was spacious, clean, and had a private terrace with stunning views of Ella Rock, Little Adam's Peak, and the surrounding forest. the hosts were friendly and provided us with a delicious and filling breakfast. the location, although up a hill and upstairs, was worth it for the breathtaking views. The Wi-Fi connection was also reliable, and overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. 😊.

You can even see the 9 arches bridge and the train tracks from here. the rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms. the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the service is top-notch. the breakfast and dinner served here are simply amazing, with large servings that will leave you satisfied. they offer facilities like fast WiFi and a laundry service.

I had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse in Ella. the family who runs the place was incredibly helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience. the son even drove us around in a rented tuk-tuk, which was a lifesaver on the steep and challenging roads around Ella. the guesthouse itself was comfortable and clean, and the food was delicious. I especially loved the chill bar in town. it was a fantastic experience. Cons: Nothing, all was good! 👍.

The triple room at La Ciel Ella was so cozy and had a lovely balcony with a beautiful view. It made me feel like I was in the middle of nature, which I absolutely loved. As a budget traveler, this room was perfect for me to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
